Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges may be permitted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and only if the item is in its original, unworn condition.

A restocking fee may apply to approved exchanges.

Custom orders, special orders, sized rings, repaired items, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Village Watch Center reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
